Due to our partnership with private suppliers, many of our products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. This includes, but is not limited to, custom-made or personalized items, and items sourced through our third-party dropshipping services.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 1 day of delivery. We will offer a replacement or store credit depending on the availability of the product. To process this request, kindly send us photos of the damaged or defective product along with your order number. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
4. Wrong Items or Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item or if the order is incorrect, please reach out to our customer service team within 1 day of receiving your order. We will arrange for an exchange or offer a store credit after reviewing your case. Please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging.
5. Refunds
Refunds are only applicable in cases of damaged or defective items, or if the wrong product is shipped. In such cases, a full refund or replacement will be processed once the issue is verified. For non-returnable items, we are unable to provide a refund unless the product is faulty.
6. Shipping Costs
